Programme Outcomes

By the end of this Certificated* programme you will be able to:

  • Have an expanded repertoire of creative coaching approaches to work with clients up to and including Senior Executive level.

  • Get yourself and your client into the optimum state for an effective coaching session and beyond

  • An awareness of and confidence in selecting incisive questions that will shift your clients’ thinking.

  • Comprehensively assess and review executive competencies to create an CPD plan using the Institute of Directors (I.O.D) Director Competency Framework.

*Certification

  • Certification is on successful completion of the programme and review of post programme coaching logs.

  • The NLP elements of the programme are accredited by ANLP CIC International and this is accompanied by 3 months complimentary membership of ANLP**.

  • The programme also includes the option of the ILM Level 7 Qualification in Coaching and Mentoring with additional related assignments to be completed post-course.

DURATION:

5 days (3 days plus a further 2 days to allow and review implementation of the skills.)

Courses running in the Macdonald Leeming House Hotel, The Lake District.

Delegate numbers kept to a maximum of 8 to ensure optimum interaction.

Programme cost: normally £1395 + Vat….. but the early bird rate of  £1200 + Vat is availble until 28th February 2025 !!

Includes venue costs and course materials but not accommodation.

Optional extra: additional supported certification at ILM Level 7. (Additional fee)

  • Nancy Kline’s ‘Time To Think’ is provided as pre-course reading.

  • Questionnaire to detail existing coaching experience and personal objectives for the programme.

  • Submit Coaching Log for pre-course review to indicate current approach and highlight areas for development.
